Plan Administration - Once your plan document is setup we provide all administration and consultation services as follows:

  • Employee Census Verification (Including payroll, employee deferrals and participant information)
  • Allocation of Plan Earnings
  • Maintenance of Employee Vested Account balances
  • Assistance with Administration of Loan Program
  • Calculation of Employer March and/or Discretionary Contribution
  • Annual ADP and ACP Testing for 401 (k) plans
  • Other Annual Testing as required by Internal Revenue Service
  • Participant Statements (Monthly, Quarterly or Annually)
  • Filing of all required Internal Revenue Service returns/reports
  • Summary of Annual Report
  • Audit of Retirement and Employee Benefit Plans (required for plans with 100 or more participants)
